Lavender Essential Oil is arguably the most beloved essential oil and a must-have in the first aid kit. It is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. It is also an astringent. It is effective on minor skin irritations, mild acne and burns as its antiseptic properties help to speed the healing process. The scent of lavender is both relaxing and uplifting and offers relief for depression, headaches and insomnia. Lavender is often used to calm anxiety and helps in eliminating insomnia. An adaptogen essential oil.

HOW TO USE:

Massages & body care: Body massage  use 1 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier oil.

• Face care use 1 to 3 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier or base.
• Body care use 2 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier or base
• Bath First mix 10 to 15 drops of essential oil with 20 ml vegetable glycerine or 1 cup of Epsom salts.
• Compresses.

 Diffusion: 

• Ultrasonic Diffusers for air purification, use 10 ml 3 times a day.
• Spray Add 5 drops of essential oil for 10 ml of vegetable glycerine and add water.
• Steam Inhalation --  add 5 drops of essential oil to a pot of hot water

CAUTION:

• Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy / breastfeeding 
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• As a general rule, always perform a skin patch test before using your essential oils for the first time.
• DO NOT USE UNDILUTED and seek medical and specialist advise when in doubt

ABOOUT STANDARDISED ESSENTIAL OILS

Standardized essential oils are pure essential oils that have been produced to create a standard scent, and consistent quality with every single batch produced.  They are created from the same pure constituents that make up conventional essential oils.   

SERVICES EXPLAINED:

• We send our parcels out with PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
• With both these companies we transport the parcels to either Preller Walk Courier Guy (a PUDO locker close to us) or to our closest PEP store.
• If we get the order to PUDO before 15:00 Monday - Thursday, and you are located in a main area (e.g. JHB/CPN), you should have it by the next day. However, courier to PE/Durban etc. will take 2-3 days. With PAXI it will take between 7-10 days to reach you - if you choose this service. 
  • We don't send out any parcels on a Friday with PUDO, as they do not deliver on a Saturday, and we prefer to not have your parcel in their depots waiting for Monday - we will rather take it to them on Monday. 

Once orders are placed, our Shopify system will send you a WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatic email via our system. Charlene is responsible for packing and sending all orders out. She will in contact with you from the beginning to the end. You are also welcome to contact her on 084 3925 1365.

• Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number.

If your order is urgent please let us know in the "leave us a note" section of your order. Parcels are normally delivered within 2-3 days of payment or slightly longer during holiday season or out of stock - we will contact you if this is the case.
