REED DIFFUSER: Coconut & Lime

The JB diffusers have been carefully crafted in a green glass container that provides a lingering scent, while the contemporary look of the bottle will complement your home and bring the outside into your personal space. 

The warm Coconut Lime Fragrance Oil is a reminiscent of warm beach days, high notes of lemon palm and floral freesia to draw into the midst of warm coconut and sweet sugarcane,  it ends with a luxury vetiver and hint of vanilla.

HOW TO USE:

 Place diffuser vase on a flat, stable surface.

 Holding glass at base, carefully twist the cork out of the container.

Place the entire collection of reeds into the bottle, making sure to spread them out to improve fragrance throw.

Set your new flameless fragrance solution on a level surface and enjoy!

Once the reeds have absorbed some of the fragrance, flip them at regularly, we suggest every few days, to keep the scent fresh and fragrant.  Keep in mind that the more your flip, the quicker the oil will evaporate.  

HOW LONG DO REED DIFFUSERS LAST?

On average, 200ml of diffuser should last between three and four months, however, it’s lifespan can be affected by things such as central heating, air conditioning, open and closed doors and dehumidifiers.

SERVICES EXPLAINED:

• We send our parcels out with PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
• With both these companies we transport the parcels to either Preller Walk Courier Guy (a PUDO locker close to us) or to our closest PEP store.
• If we get the order to PUDO before 15:00 Monday - Thursday, and you are located in a main area (e.g. JHB/CPN), you should have it by the next day. However, courier to PE/Durban etc. will take 2-3 days. With PAXI it will take between 7-10 days to reach you - if you choose this service. 
  • We don't send out any parcels on a Friday with PUDO, as they do not deliver on a Saturday, and we prefer to not have your parcel in their depots waiting for Monday - we will rather take it to them on Monday. 

Once orders are placed, our Shopify system will send you a WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatic email via our system. Charlene is responsible for packing and sending all orders out. She will in contact with you from the beginning to the end. You are also welcome to contact her on 084 3925 1365.

• Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number.

If your order is urgent please let us know in the "leave us a note" section of your order. Parcels are normally delivered within 2-3 days of payment or slightly longer during holiday season or out of stock - we will contact you if this is the case.
