HOW TO USE TOPICAL MAGNESIUM

Magnesium chloride applied topically can be a fast and effective way of targeting specific problem areas.

When Magnesium Oil is sprayed onto the body or Magnesium Body Butter (cream) is massaged in, it is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream right where it is needed most.

How to apply topical magnesium

Sleep

Massage Magnesium Body Butter or Lavender Magnesium Oil into the soles of your feet before bed. This is especially effective after a hot bath or shower when your pores are open. You can also use the Pure Magnesium Oil if you don't like the scent of Lavender.

 Headache

Massage Magnesium Body Butter or Peppermint Magnesium Oil into the shoulders and top of the spine. Gently rub into the temples as well. Use as often as needed. You can also use the Pure Magnesium Oil if you don't like the scent of Peppermint.

Anxiety and Hot Flushes

Spray Lavender Magnesium Oil onto your tummy and rub it in to help reduce feelings of anxiety and hot flushes. Use several times a day as needed. You can also use the Pure Magnesium Oil if you don't like the scent of Lavender.

Period Pain.

Rub Magnesium Body Butter into your hips, lower abdomen and lower back. Use several times a day as needed to help reduce PMS symptoms and painful period cramps. You can also use the Pure Magnesium Oil if you don't like the scent of Lavender.

Muscle Pain and Recovery

Massage Magnesium Oil or Magnesium Body Butter directly into sore muscles to reduce aches and pains and to de-cramp muscles. Use as often as needed. You can also use the Pure Magnesium Oil if you don't like the scent of Peppermint.

Restless Legs

Spray Lavender Magnesium Oil onto your lower legs (calves) and feet before bed. Continue to use through the night as needed. You can also use the Pure Magnesium Oil if you don't like the scent of Lavender.
