HOW TO USE:
Apply to Clean, Dry Skin: Ensure your underarms are clean and completely dry before application.
Scoop a Small Amount: Using clean fingers or a spatula scoop a small amount of the deodorant cream from the tin.
Apply Evenly: Gently massage the cream into your underarms, spreading it evenly and ensuring full coverage.
Allow to absorb: Wait a moment for the cream to absorb and dry before getting dressed to prevent any residue on clothing.
TIPS:
- Less is more, and you should only need to use enough to create a thin, invisible layer. You can vary the amount up or down from here to find an effective balance, but we’ve found over the last couple of years that a pea sized amount is about right for most people.
- Our deodorants sticks to skin, not clothes. But as with all deodorants, waiting a few minutes for it to absorb and not using too much should minimise any transfer onto clothing. Ensure it’s rubbed in well and absorbed and you’re good to go!
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid melting.
INGREDIENTS:
Fractionated Coconut Oil, Coconut Oil, Diatomaceous Earth, Arrowroot, Jojoba Oil, Olivem 1000, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Oxide Powder, Zinc Oxide Powder, Zinc Ricinoleate, Eco Preservative, Vitamin E, Prickly Pear Oil, & Fragrance.
Note: If you have any known allergies to the above ingredients, or experience any irritation at all, please stop using. We’ve tested on all types of skin with brilliant results, but as you know, every body is different. You will most likely know your body best. We don’t want to state the obvious, but if you notice any irritation please stop using it.
Our products are created in small sized batches to keep them fresh - if we are out of stock it could take 5-7 days for stock to be made, or 6 weeks if it is a cold process soap.
SERVICES EXPLAINED:
- We send our parcels out with PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
- With both these companies we transport the parcels to either Preller Walk Courier Guy (a PUDO locker close to us) or to our closest PEP store.
- If we get the order to PUDO before 15:00 Monday - Thursday, and you are located in a main area (e.g. JHB/CPN), you should have it by the next day. However, courier to PE/Durban etc. will take 2-3 days. With PAXI it will take between 7-10 days to reach you - if you choose this service.
- We don't send out any parcels on a Friday with PUDO, as they do not deliver on a Saturday, and we prefer to not have your parcel in their depots waiting for Monday - we will rather take it to them on Monday.
Once orders are placed, our Shopify system will send you a WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatic email via our system. Charlene is responsible for packing and sending all orders out. She will in contact with you from the beginning to the end. You are also welcome to contact her on 084 3925 1365.
- Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number.

SURCHARGES:
- HIGH-RISK ZONES: These areas are considered unsafe for couriers to travel and a surcharge (over and above the shipping cost) is applied. An invoice will be sent prior to dispatch should you reside in a "high-risk" considered area. Please use this link to check - type the word "SURCHARGE" in the search box and scroll for your area.
- OUTLYING AREAS: These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centers. An additional surcharge of up to R250 may apply for outlying areas. An invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch.
HIGH-RISK ZONES/POLICE STATION DELIVERIES:
- Due to high rate theft and hijackings, some areas are deemed as "hotspots/high-risk-zones" by our courier partners, and will only be serviced to the local police station and you will be required to collect your order at the police station as opposed to getting a typical door-to-door delivery.
- If you reside in a high risk area, you will get a telephone call from the Courier ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY to arrange a police station pick up. Unfortunately we have no knowledge before hand, and therefore we do not have control over this. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
- Should you not be able to collect from the police station , please feel free to return the parcel to us - we will refund the value of the products, but not the cost of shipping or return.

URGENT ORDERS
If your order is urgent please let us know in the "leave us a note" section of your order. Parcels are normally delivered within 2-3 days of payment or slightly longer during holiday season or out of stock - we will contact you if this is the case.
