BEARD OIL: Oud

HOW TO USE:

Prepare your face:  For best results, always start with a fresh clean beard, or freshly shaved skin.  

Apply Beard Oil:  Apply 4 -5 drops into your palm and rub hands together.  Massage into the skin, then work from the root to the tip throughout the beard.  Excess oil can be massaged into the face.  Note:  We recommend that you start small and work your way up to the perfect amount oil for you. 

 What makes it special:

• Hemp Seed Oil:The fatty acids in hemp oil increases keratin levels, a building block of hair, to make it stronger and more resistant. Hemp oil helps to soothe any itchiness, which many men with beards struggle with. Its omega-3 content allows it to regulate sebum production, which helps to reduce dandruff.
• Avocado Oil: Protects beard hair from breakage and damage, seals in moisture, strengthens and encourages growth.
• Jojoba Oil: Jojoba oil strengthens the hair follicle without obstructing the sebaceous glands to which they are connected. This action, combined with regular massage, stimulates hair growth
• Squalane: It works very much like your skin's natural oil (sebum) to prevent moisture loss. Squalane oil has excellent emollient properties, meaning it can keep your skin and hair hydrated and moisturized.
• Oud Fragrance: With its earthy notes and intriguing character - Oud is an intensely fragrant oil extracted from tree resin. In perfumery, it is often used as a base note – its signature depth and rich animalic aroma provide a sensual, woody dry down. 
• Vitamin E Oil: It has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help the beard in combatting against environmental aggressors such as pollution and weather and enhancing skin and hair.

Our products are created in small sized batches to keep them fresh - if we are out of stock it could take 5-7 days for stock to be made, or 6 weeks if it is a cold process soap.

SERVICES EXPLAINED:

• We send our parcels out with PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
• With both these companies we transport the parcels to either Preller Walk Courier Guy (a PUDO locker close to us) or to our closest PEP store.
• If we get the order to PUDO before 15:00 Monday - Thursday, and you are located in a main area (e.g. JHB/CPN), you should have it by the next day. However, courier to PE/Durban etc. will take 2-3 days. With PAXI it will take between 7-10 days to reach you - if you choose this service. 
  • We don't send out any parcels on a Friday with PUDO, as they do not deliver on a Saturday, and we prefer to not have your parcel in their depots waiting for Monday - we will rather take it to them on Monday. 

Once orders are placed, our Shopify system will send you a WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatic email via our system. Charlene is responsible for packing and sending all orders out. She will in contact with you from the beginning to the end. You are also welcome to contact her on 084 3925 1365.

• Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number.

SURCHARGES:

• HIGH-RISK ZONES: These areas are considered unsafe for couriers to travel and a surcharge (over and above the shipping cost) is applied. An invoice will be sent prior to dispatch should you reside in a "high-risk" considered area. Please use this link to check - type the word "SURCHARGE" in the search box and scroll for your area. 
• OUTLYING AREAS: These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centers. An additional surcharge of up to R250 may apply for outlying areas. An invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch.

HIGH-RISK ZONES/POLICE STATION DELIVERIES:

• Due to high rate theft and hijackings, some areas are deemed as "hotspots/high-risk-zones" by our courier partners, and will only be serviced to the local police station and you will be required to collect your order at the police station as opposed to getting a typical door-to-door delivery.
• If you reside in a high risk area, you will get a telephone call from the Courier ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY to arrange a police station pick up. Unfortunately we have no knowledge before hand, and therefore we do not have control over this. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
• Should you not be able to collect from the police station , please feel free to return the parcel to us - we will refund the value of the products, but not the cost of shipping or return.

If your order is urgent please let us know in the "leave us a note" section of your order. Parcels are normally delivered within 2-3 days of payment or slightly longer during holiday season or out of stock - we will contact you if this is the case.
