  • Conditioner needed? Rarely; use once a week if ends feel dry.
  • Hair Serum: Apply 2 - 3 drops to the ends for added shine, once a week, without weighing hair down, 4 drops for long hair.
• LEMONGRASS: Clarifying and zesty, ideal for controlling excess oil while leaving hair feeling light and fresh.

    • Hair Serum: Apply 2 - 3 drops to the ends for added shine, once a week, without weighing hair down, 4 drops for long hair.

• FIJNBOS: Fresh and herbal, gently cleanses while leaving hair feeling balanced and clean. 
  • Conditioner needed: Rarely; a lightweight application on ends is sufficient.
  • Hair Serum: Apply 2 - 3 drops to the ends for added shine, once a week, without weighing hair down, 4 drops for long hair.

FOR FINE HAIR:

• ROSEMARY & MINT: Adds volume and stimulates the scalp without weighing hair down.
  • Conditioner Needed? Use sparingly, once every 7-10 days, to maintain volume.
  • Hair Serum: Apply 2 -3 drops  for short to medium hair; 4 drops for long hair. Focus on the mid-lengths to ends for hydration and shine without making hair limp. Use 1 - 2 times per week to maintain lightweight hydration and smooth flyway's.

DIRECTIONS:

Wet hair and bar. Rub bar on your hair in circular motion down to the hair strands until you feel hair has enough lather. Our shampoo bar lathers very fast. Alternatively you can also lather the bar in wet hands and then apply to wet hair.
Rinse and enjoy your nourished, clean, and fragrant hair.

INGREDIENTS:

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSa), Hemp Seed Oil, Prickly Pear Oil, BTMS, Cetyl Alcohol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Hydrolyzed Wheat, Panthenol, Mica & Essential Oils/Fragrances.

Our products are created in small sized batches to keep them fresh - if we are out of stock it could take 5-7 days for stock to be made, or 6 weeks if it is a cold process soap.

SERVICES EXPLAINED:

• We send our parcels out with PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
• With both these companies we transport the parcels to either Preller Walk Courier Guy (a PUDO locker close to us) or to our closest PEP store.
• If we get the order to PUDO before 15:00 Monday - Thursday, and you are located in a main area (e.g. JHB/CPN), you should have it by the next day. However, courier to PE/Durban etc. will take 2-3 days. With PAXI it will take between 7-10 days to reach you - if you choose this service. 
  • We don't send out any parcels on a Friday with PUDO, as they do not deliver on a Saturday, and we prefer to not have your parcel in their depots waiting for Monday - we will rather take it to them on Monday. 

Once orders are placed, our Shopify system will send you a WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatic email via our system. Charlene is responsible for packing and sending all orders out. She will in contact with you from the beginning to the end. You are also welcome to contact her on 084 3925 1365.

• Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number.

SURCHARGES:

• HIGH-RISK ZONES: These areas are considered unsafe for couriers to travel and a surcharge (over and above the shipping cost) is applied. An invoice will be sent prior to dispatch should you reside in a "high-risk" considered area. Please use this link to check - type the word "SURCHARGE" in the search box and scroll for your area. 
• OUTLYING AREAS: These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centers. An additional surcharge of up to R250 may apply for outlying areas. An invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch.

HIGH-RISK ZONES/POLICE STATION DELIVERIES:

• Due to high rate theft and hijackings, some areas are deemed as "hotspots/high-risk-zones" by our courier partners, and will only be serviced to the local police station and you will be required to collect your order at the police station as opposed to getting a typical door-to-door delivery.
• If you reside in a high risk area, you will get a telephone call from the Courier ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY to arrange a police station pick up. Unfortunately we have no knowledge before hand, and therefore we do not have control over this. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
• Should you not be able to collect from the police station , please feel free to return the parcel to us - we will refund the value of the products, but not the cost of shipping or return.
