HOW TO USE:
- As a Moisturizer: Apply a few drops directly to your skin, focusing on dry or problematic areas. Massage gently until fully absorbed. This oil can be used alone or mixed with your favorite moisturizer to enhance hydration. Use daily on your body, especially on dry areas, to keep your skin hydrated and nourished.
- Anti-Aging Properties: Apply a small amount to fine lines, wrinkles, or areas prone to aging, like the face, neck, and hands. Use nightly to help boost skin elasticity and reduce the signs of aging. Use nightly on areas prone to aging, such as the face, neck, and hands, for best results.
- Scar and Stretch Mark Reduction: Apply directly to scars, stretch marks, or other skin imperfections. Massage in a circular motion twice daily to help reduce their appearance over time. Apply the oil twice daily to scars or stretch marks to hep reduce the appearance over time.
- Lip Treatment: Dab a small amount onto your lips to keep them soft, smooth, and hydrated, especially during dry weather.
- Scalp Treatment: Massage a few drop onto your scalp to help nourish the roots, promote healthy hair growth, and soothe dryness or irritation. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing your hair as usual. Use 1-2 times per week to nourish your roots and promote healthy hair growth.
- Split Ends: Apply a small amount of the oil to the ends of your hair to help seal and repair split ends. This can be done on damp or dry hair as a leave-in treatment. Apply the oil to your ends 1-2 times a week to help repair and prevent split ends.
- As a Hair Mask: Mix the Vitamin E Oil with your favourite carrier oil, like hemp oil, sweet almond oil, etc...and apply it generously to your hair from roots to ends. Leave it on for an hour or overnight, then wash thoroughly for soft, shiny and revitalised hair. Use the oil as a hair mask once a week to deeply condition and revitalise your hair.

- As a general rule, always perform a skin patch test before using your essential oils for the first time.
Our products are created in small sized batches to keep them fresh - if we are out of stock it could take 5-7 days for stock to be made, or 6 weeks if it is a cold process soap.
SERVICES EXPLAINED:
- We send our parcels out with PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, or PAXI, which is part of PEP.
- With both these companies we transport the parcels to either Preller Walk Courier Guy (a PUDO locker close to us) or to our closest PEP store.
- If we get the order to PUDO before 15:00 Monday - Thursday, and you are located in a main area (e.g. JHB/CPN), you should have it by the next day. However, courier to PE/Durban etc. will take 2-3 days. With PAXI it will take between 7-10 days to reach you - if you choose this service.
- We don't send out any parcels on a Friday with PUDO, as they do not deliver on a Saturday, and we prefer to not have your parcel in their depots waiting for Monday - we will rather take it to them on Monday.
Once orders are placed, our Shopify system will send you a WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatic email via our system. Charlene is responsible for packing and sending all orders out. She will in contact with you from the beginning to the end. You are also welcome to contact her on 084 3925 1365.
- Once order fulfillment is done, you will receive another email notification from the system - Charlene will also send you a WA to give you the PUDO Locker code and password, and PEP will send you a SMS - please look out for these. Charlene will also send you the PEP tracking number.

SURCHARGES:
- HIGH-RISK ZONES: These areas are considered unsafe for couriers to travel and a surcharge (over and above the shipping cost) is applied. An invoice will be sent prior to dispatch should you reside in a "high-risk" considered area. Please use this link to check - type the word "SURCHARGE" in the search box and scroll for your area.
- OUTLYING AREAS: These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centers. An additional surcharge of up to R250 may apply for outlying areas. An invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch.
HIGH-RISK ZONES/POLICE STATION DELIVERIES:
- Due to high rate theft and hijackings, some areas are deemed as "hotspots/high-risk-zones" by our courier partners, and will only be serviced to the local police station and you will be required to collect your order at the police station as opposed to getting a typical door-to-door delivery.
- If you reside in a high risk area, you will get a telephone call from the Courier ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY to arrange a police station pick up. Unfortunately we have no knowledge before hand, and therefore we do not have control over this. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
- Should you not be able to collect from the police station , please feel free to return the parcel to us - we will refund the value of the products, but not the cost of shipping or return.

URGENT ORDERS
If your order is urgent please let us know in the "leave us a note" section of your order. Parcels are normally delivered within 2-3 days of payment or slightly longer during holiday season or out of stock - we will contact you if this is the case.
